摘要
目的探究小脑顶核电刺激联合阿普唑仑对缺血性脑卒中后失眠症的疗效。方法选择2016年1月-2020年10月本院的80例缺血性脑卒中后伴失眠症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组服用阿普唑仑,观察组采用小脑顶核电刺激联合阿普唑仑治疗。观察睡眠质量和认知功能的变化。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的睡眠持续性、主观睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能、睡眠潜伏期、安眠药物和入睡时间评分明显降低(P<0.05),观察组明显更低(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后的记忆、执行功能、语言、命名、计算、注意、抽象概括和定向评分无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后的记忆、执行功能、语言、命名、计算、注意、抽象概括和定向评分明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的10%(P<0.05)。结论小脑顶核电刺激联合阿普唑仑能提高缺血性脑卒中后失眠症患者的认知功能和睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of cerebellar fastigial nuclear stimulation combined with alprazolam in the treatment of insomnia after ischemic stroke.Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2020,divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with alprazolam,while the observation group was treated with cerebellar fastigial nuclear stimulation combined with alprazolam.The changes of sleep quality and cognitive function were observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep persistence,subjective sleep quality,sleep disorder,daytime function,sleep latency,sleeping drugs and sleep time in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),while those in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in memory,executive function,language,naming,calculation,attention,abstract generalization and orientation scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The scores of memory,executive function,language,naming,calculation,attention,abstract generalization and orientation in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.5%,lower than10%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebellar fastigial nuclear stimulation combined with alprazolam can improve cognitive function and sleep quality of insomnia patients with ischemic stroke,which is worthy of promotion.
