摘要
目的观察角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者裸眼视力及屈光度的影响。方法选择2016年6月-2019年5月新疆生产建设兵团第二师库尔勒医院治疗的150例(300眼)青少年近视患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,均75例(150眼)。对照组佩戴框架眼镜,观察组给予夜戴型角膜塑形镜。观察两组裸眼视力、屈光度、眼球参数、生活质量及并发症。结果治疗前两组裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度、生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组裸眼视力(0.72±0.13),高于对照组的(0.59±0.16),屈光度(0.84±0.35)D、生活质量评分(22.14±2.82)分,低于对照组的(3.82±1.39)D、(34.10±4.07)分,眼轴长度(22.62±0.42)mm,短于对照组的(23.09±0.71)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度及并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜能够提高青少年近视患者的裸眼视力及生活质量,改善屈光度,是一种控制近视较为安全方法。
Objective To observe the effect of orthokeratology on uncorrected visual acuity and diopter of adolescent myopia patients.Methods From June 2016 to May 2019,150 cases(300 eyes)of adolescent myopia treated in Korla Hospital of the Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were randomly divided into two groups,75 cases(150 eyes)in each group.The control group wore frame glasses,and the observation group was given night wearing orthokeratology glasses.The uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,ocular parameters,quality of life and complications were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,axial length and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the uncorrected visual acuity of the observation group was(0.72±0.13),which was higher than that of the control group(0.59±0.16),diopter(0.84±0.35)d,quality of life score(22.14±2.82),lower than that of the control group(3.82±1.39)d,(34.10±4.07)points,eye axis The length was(22.62±0.42)mm,shorter than(23.09±0.71)mm of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell density and complication rate between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology lens can improve the uncorrected visual acuity,quality of life and diopter of juvenile myopic patients.It is a safe method to control myopia.
