摘要
目的研究微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸患者中的应用及满意度。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2019年1月经新疆石河子市人民医院诊治的口腔正畸患者50例。根据数字随机法选择25例采用微型种植体支抗治疗为研究组,另数字随机法选择25例采用传统正畸治疗为对照组。观察两组治疗后成功率、效果、骨保护素水平、咀嚼功能、不良反应、满意度。结果治疗后,研究组成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者上中切牙倾角、上齿槽座角、凸距差、牙尖间宽度高于对照组,且下齿槽座角、磨牙移位低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组咬合力、咀嚼率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗对口腔正畸患者具有显著疗效,不良反应较少,患者满意度较高。
Objective To investigate the application and satisfaction degree of micro-implant anchorage for patients with orthodontic treatment.Methods 50 orthodontic patients in Shihezi People’s Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 25 cases.The study group received mini-implant anchorage,while the control group received traditional orthodontic treatment.The success rate,effect,osteoprotegerin level,masticatory function,adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The inclined angle of upper middle incisors,groove angle of upper tooth,upper middle incisors difference,and width between the tooth tip were higher in the study group than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the groove angle of lower tooth and molar shift were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The occlusal force and masticatory rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage has significant effect for patients with orthodontics,which has fewer adverse reactions and higher satisfaction.
