摘要
百年大计,教育为本,教育是关乎国计民生的大事。课后服务作为学校教育的必要补充,在不同地域、不同国家均有广阔的现实土壤,国内外学术界已对其展开广泛深入的研究。通过对国内外课后服务的研究轨迹和图景进行梳理,文本认为,现有研究在理论层面主要聚焦课后服务的产生根源、发展历程、概念界定以及功能效用等方面;在实践层面主要集中于服务内容、服务模式以及服务实践比较等方面。文本在当前中国“双减”背景下对国内外课后服务进行全景式扫描,并在此基础上作出积极研判与探索,旨在为推动新时代中国课后服务健康有序发展提供参考与启示。
Education is the basic long-term strategy of a nation.Education is a major event related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.As a necessary supplement to school education,after-school service has broad practice in different regions and countries,and it has been widely and deeply discussed in academic circles at home and abroad.Based on the research of after-school service at home and abroad,the current research mainly focuses on the following aspects:at the theoretical research level,it mainly focuses on the origin,development process,concept definition and functional utility of after-school service;while at the practical research level,it mainly focuses on the service content,service mode and comparative research of service practice.This paper provides a panoramic view of after-school services at home and abroad under the background of“double reduction”in China.It also makes further analysis and exploration about this issue so as to provide reference and enlightenment for promoting healthy and orderly development of after-school services in China in the new era.
