高速公路隧道支洞单层衬砌支护参数优化设计 被引量:1

Optimization Design of Support Parameters for Single-layer Lining in Branch Tunnels of Highway Tunnels

摘要 为了优化王家屋基隧道支洞工程支护参数,解决目前支洞支护方案过于保守,施工不便且经济效益低的问题,提出采用单层衬砌支护形式。通过数值模拟FLAC^(3D)软件建立地层模型和支护结构模型,分析不同支护类型和支护参数对隧道围岩稳定性的影响,并对单层衬砌参数进行优化比选。研究结果表明:(1)喷射混凝土的厚度越大,支护效果越好。当围岩支护厚度达到一定值后,对围岩的约束增强效果不再显著;(2)型钢钢架和格栅钢架能够分别在支护前期和后期提供强度,减小钢架间距对提高围岩稳定性具有一定的作用;(3)拱腰处的锚杆对围岩的约束效果最好,对支护结构的承载性能作用最大,锚杆越长对洞周位移的约束作用越好。最后根据以上对支护结构各参数的优化,确定适合王家屋基隧道支洞的单层衬砌的参数。 In order to optimize the support parameters of branch tunnel project of Wangjiawuji tunnel and address the issues of the current support scheme being overly conservative,inconvenient for construction,and economically inefficient,a single-layer lining support system is proposed.The stratum model and support structure model were established by numerical simulation FLAC^(3D)software,and the influence of different support types and support parameters on the stability of tunnel surrounding rock was analyzed,and the single-layer lining parameters were optimized and compared.The results show that:(1)The greater the thickness of shotcrete,the better the supporting effect.When the supporting thickness of surrounding rock reaches a certain value,its constraint enhancement effet on surrounding rock is no longer obvious;(2)Steel frame and grille steel frame can provide support strength in the early and late support respectively,and reducing the spacing of steel frame has a certain effet on improving the stability of surrounding rock;(3)The anchor at the arch waist has the best constraint effect on the surrounding rock,and the bearing capacity of the supporting structure is the largest.The longer the anchor is,the better the constraint effet on the convergence value of the displacement around the hole is.Finally,according to the above optimization of the parameters of the supporting structure,the parameters of the single-layer lining suitable for the branch tunnel of Wangjiawuji Tunnel are determined.
