摘要
大埋深TBM隧道结构在高水压荷载作用下水害频发,严重影响隧道运营安全,甚至冲击运输秩序中断行车。文章以2个TBM隧道结构渗漏水典型案例为例,从设计、施工、地质条件等方面对结构渗漏水原因进行探究,分析结果表明:设计对结构承受高水压的认知不足,施工过程中未充分评估施工控制措施对结构防水系统的影响是产生衬砌结构渗漏水病害的主要原因,对于这种隧道结构,需采取排堵结合的方式对地下水进行处置。并就承受高水压的TBM隧道结构全包防水形式合理性以及渗漏水病害处治方法进行了讨论,同时建议同类型隧道结构施工时埋设相关传感器开展衬砌水压力监测工作,为设计施工理念的更新提供依据。
Under high water pressure loads,TBM tunnel structures are frequently subjected to water-related issues,significantly affecting tunnel operational safety and potentially disrupting transportation order.This article investigates the causes of water leakage in the structure of two typical TBM tunnel cases from aspects such as design,construction,and geological conditions.The analysis indicates that insufficient awareness of high water pressure borme by structure in the design and inadequate assessment of the impact of construction control measures on the waterproofing system during construction are the primary reasons for leakage in the lining structure.For such tunnel structures,a combined approach of drainage and blockage prevention should be adopted to address groundwater issues.Additionally,the rationality of the fully closed waterproofing method for TBM tunnel structures under high water pressure,along with methods for treating water leakage issues,is discussed.It is also recommended to embed relevant sensors during the construction of similar tunnel structures to monitor lining water pressure,providing a basis for updating design and construction concepts.
