严寒区公路隧道冻害机理及温度场影响因素分析

摘要 为了分析严寒区公路隧道冻害形成机理及洞内温度场的影响因素,基于现场调研和数值模拟,总结分析了严寒区公路隧道冻害类型及发生机理,研究了各因素对寒区隧道温度场分布的影响,结果表明:(1)严寒区公路隧道冻害类型主要有排水系统冻结、衬砌挂冰、路面积水结冰、衬砌开裂、保温板破损等,而地下水在隧道中的表现形式和状态决定着冻害产生的类型;(2)严寒区隧道施工缝位置易发生漏水挂冰现象,防水系统失效是隧道衬砌表面挂冰的重要原因,保障寒区隧道防排水的有效性是防止冻害产生的关键;(3)寒冷风流进入隧道洞内时,围岩地温对风流具有加热作用,洞内温度沿隧道纵向逐渐升高;(4)进风口气温越低、洞内风速越大,带入的冷量越大,洞内纵向负温段越长;围岩温度越高,提供的热量越大,洞内纵向负温段越短;(5)寒区隧道洞内防冻设防范围应适当大于隧道结构抗冻长度。 In order to analyze the formation mechanism of frost damage in highway tunnels in cold regions and the influencing factors of temperature field inside the tunnels,based on field research and numerical simulation,the types and occurrence mechanisms of frost damage in highway tunnels in cold regions were summarized and analyzed.The influence of various factors on the distribution of temperature field in tunnels in cold regions was studied,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The main types of frost damage to highway tunnels in cold regions include freezing of drainage systems,lining icing,road surface water accumulation icing,lining cracking,and insulation board damage,the manifestation and state of groundwater in tunnels determine the type of frost damage caused;(2)The construction joints in tunnels in cold regions were prone to water leakage and icing,and the failure of the waterproof system was an important reason for the icing on the surface of the tunnel lining,ensuring the effectiveness of waterproofing and drainage in tunnels in cold regions was the key to preventing freezing damage;(3)When cold air flows into the tunnel,the surrounding rock has a heating effect on the air flow,and the temperature inside the tunnel gradually increases along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel;(4)The lower the inlet air temperature and the higher the wind speed inside the tunnel,the greater the amount of cold brought in and the longer the longitudinal negative temperature section inside the tunnel;The higher the temperature of the surrounding rock,the greater the heat provided,and the shorter the longitudinal negative temperature section inside the tunnel;(5)The ant-freezing protection range inside the tunnel in cold regions should be appropriately larger than the anti-freezing length of the tunnel structure.
