摘要
喷射混凝土广泛应用于隧道及地下工程围岩支护中,然而其早期强度是否达标对工程的安全与否有着十分重要的意义。现行国内规范对喷射混凝土早期的强度检测具有破坏性且仅代表了工程的局部情况。因此,文章针对喷射混凝土的特性,提出了利用红外热成像技术检测喷混凝土早期强度,通过建立标准混凝土化学反应量与强度的关系,并采用红外热成像技术,来测定喷混凝土衬砌的初期强度。该方法可实时连续检测整个喷射混凝土衬砌的早期强度。
Shotcrete is widely used in surrounding rock support of underground engineering.However,whether its early strength reaches the standard is great significance to the safety of the project.However,the current domestic standards for the early strength detection of shotcrete are destructive and only represent the local situation of the project.Therefore,according to the characteristics of shotcrete,this paper puts forward the use of infrared thermal imaging technology to monitor the early strength of shotcrete.By establishing the relationship between chemical reaction and strength of standard concrete,and using infrared thermal imaging technology,the initial strength of shotcrete lining can be measured.This method can continuously monitor the early strength of the whole shotcrete lining in real time,which brings great benefits to engineering safety and quality control and production eficiency.
