摘要
“长江口二号”沉船是目前国内发现体量最大、保存最为完整的古代木船,具有重大的考古价值。依托“长江口二号”打捞工程,开展极小曲率半径矩形曲线顶管底幕法缩尺模型试验,获得不同位置管节连续顶进过程中沉船所受水土压力的变化以及船体的变位,分析顶管顶进对船体的扰动情况,并对实际打捞工程提出针对性的建议。试验结果表明:曲线顶管底幕法能够很好地控制管节的顶进姿态;沉船所受水土压力随管节顶进呈周期性变化,首尾两根管节为施工的控制工况;管节顶进会使沉船产生一定的旋转变位,采用左右对称推进能够降低施工对沉船的扰动。
Shipwreck“Yangtze Estuary II”is currently the largest and most completely preserved ancient wooden ship discovered in China,which has great archaeology value.Based on the salvage project of“Yangtze Estuary II”,a reduced-scale model test was conducted on the basing construction using rectangular piping jacking method with an extremely small curvature.The soil and water pressures sustained by the shipwreck and the movement of the shipwreck during the jacking process of different pipes were obtained and the disturbance of pipe jacking on the shipwreck was analyzed,based on which some recommendations were provided for the real salvage project.The testing results showed that the proposed curved rectangular pipe jacking method can well control the gesture of pipes during jacking;the soil and water pressures sustained by the shipwreck vary periodically with pipe jacking process,and the first and the last pipes are the most critical.Pipe jacking will lead to the rotational movement of the shipwreck,which can be reduced by symmetrical jacking altered between the left and right sides.
