偏压隧道模型试验材料选取关键技术

摘要 在偏压隧道地质力学模型试验中,若仅按几何相似关系选取,则模拟钢筋太细、间距太小,无法进行模拟;若仅按应力比尺选取,则模拟钢筋抗拉强度太低、现有金属类材料根本无法实现。为解决此类技术难题,研发衬砌钢筋长度按几何相似关系选取,间距和直径按单位面积上作用力相似关系选取的关键技术,利用该技术对隧道衬砌钢筋受力变形性能进行真实模拟,保证了隧道试验研究结果的科学性和准确性。 In the geomechanical model test of asymmetric loading tunnels,if the parameters are selected only according to the geometric similarity relation,the simulated steel bar is too thin and the spacing is too small to be simulated.If the parameters are selected only according to the stress scale,the simulated tensile strength of steel bar is too low and the existing metal materials cannot be realized.To solve this technical problem,this paper researches and develops the key material selection technology,i.e.selecting the length of lining steel bar according to the geometric similarity relation,selecting the spacing and diameter of steel bar according to the similar relation of force on unit area.Using this selection technology,it can really simulate the stress and deformation performance of tunnel lining steel bars,ensuring the scientificity and accuracy of tunnel test results.
