摘要
冻结质量是冻结法安全施工的关键性因素。文章针对佛山地铁2号线南湖区间1#联络通道在冻结施工的过程中出现盐水温度无法下降至设计值,且冻结壁厚度无法达到设计要求的异常情况,对影响冻结质量的各施工环节进行了分析研究。结果表明,冻结管施工质量、保温情况、施工设备、现场施工环境等因素对冻结质量的影响较大。文章根据分析结果给出了对应的处置措施,并提出保证冻结质量的相关预防措施,为冻结法施工管理提供参考。
Freezing quality is the key factor for the safe construction of freezing method.In response to the abnormal situations that the salt water temperature was unable to drop to the design value and the thickness of the frozen wall was unable to meet the design requirements in the freezing construction of No.1 cross passage in running tunnel between Nanzhuang station and Huyong station of Foshan Metro Line 2,an analysis was carried out on each construction process affecting the freezing quality.The results show that the freezing pipe construction quality,thermal insulation condition,construction equipment,site environment and other factors have a great influence on the freezing quality.According to the analysis results,the paper gives the corresponding treatment measures,and puts forward the relevant preventive measures to ensure the freezing quality,so as to provide reference for the construction management of freezing method.
