摘要
深圳前海综合交通枢纽建设过程中,由于紧邻该工程西面是一直在运营的深圳地铁前海湾地铁站,涉及深圳地铁11号、5号、1号线三线换乘,同时枢纽基坑工程与深圳地铁11号线前海湾地铁站共用支护桩,深圳地铁11号线前海湾站基础为桩基础,深圳地铁5号和1号线前海湾站均为筏板基础。经过研究枢纽基坑和原深圳地铁11号、5号、1号线前海湾站结构型式与地质条件,设计单位考虑地铁保护措施,总包单位基于枢纽深基坑开挖对地铁保护实施措施,深基坑开挖工艺与基坑降排水,深基坑土方开挖预判地铁风险分析和防范,总包单位针对地铁保护结合原设计提出的建议和措施,以及基坑施工全周期地铁和基坑监测数据。实践证明,深基坑土方开挖施工到正负零结构封顶全过程,深圳前海综合交通枢纽深基坑和运营的深圳地铁11号、5号、1号线车站及轨行区均安全可靠。
During the construction process of Shenzhen Qianhai comprehensive transportation hub which involve the transfer of Shenzhen metro line 11,line 5,and line 1,due to the fact that the Shenzhen metro Qianhaiwan Station,which has been in operation for times,is adjacent to the west of the project and the hub foundation pit project shares different type of support piles with Shenzhen metro line 11 Qianhaiwan Station,that the foundation of Shenzhen metro line 11 Qianhaiwan station is pile foundation,and both Shenzhen metro line 5 and line 1 Qianhaiwan station are raft foundations,the design company have to consider metro protection measures after studying the structural types and geological conditions of both the hub foundation pit and the Qianhaiwan station with the existing Shenzhen metro lines 1,5,and 11.The general contract company implemented metro protection measures based on the deep foundation pit excavation of the hub,such as excavation processes and analysis of pit drainage,and the prevention and prediction of risks to the metro during deep foundation pits excavation.The general contract company proposed suggestions and measures for metro protection in combination with the original design as well as metro and foundation pit construction data monitoring throughout the entire construction cycle of the foundation pit.Practice has proven that while the entire process from the deep foundation pit excavation and construction to the positive and negative zero elevation structural roof-sealing the deep foundation pit of Shenzhen Qianhai comprehensive transportation hub and the operating stations and track areas of Shenzhen metro lines 1,5,and 11 are safe and reliable.
