摘要
混动车电力传动在满足整车燃油经济性和CO2排放上发挥着重要的作用。研制了一款混动车专用变速器,并应用于FCA中国市场2019款的插电式混动车型(PHEV)上。此新型变速器架构使得整车性能、燃油经济性、重量、总布置以及噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)各方面都得到了优化。为了对该变速器的控制单元及其整车电子电器系统进行测试,搭建基于Dspace硬件和MATLAB模型的测试平台,可在装车之前对混动控制器及其整车电子电器零部件进行测试验证,以便及时发现问题并加以解决。
Electrified powertrains will play a vital role in meeting global fuel economy and CO2 reduction requirements.In order to achieve this target,the first dedicated hybrid transmission was developed using a Chrysler hybrid vehicle.The new hybrid transmission architecture optimizes performance,fuel economy,mass,packaging and NVH.A test bench was also developed based on Dspace hardware cards and Matlab moduel,it is easy to find more electrical function issues and fix them earlier before delivering to customer.It focuses on the hybrid transmission application and controller function validation.
