摘要
本文从研究背景、目的意义、内容、思路和方案及创新点等方面阐述和探究了统筹法理论在电梯检验工艺流程优化上的应用项目。旨在通过该项目的研究,将统筹法理论与电梯检验工艺流程优化相结合,实现在现有电梯检验资源条件下,突破传统检验工艺流程对检验工作实现高品质发展的束缚,达到检验工作提质增效的目的。
In this paper,from the research background,purpose,significance,content,ideas and programs and innovation,the application of the overall planning theory in the optimization of elevator inspection process is described and explored.Through the research of this project,through the combination of the theory of overall planning method and the optimization of elevator inspection process,we can break through the shackles of traditional inspection process to achieve high-quality development under the existing elevator inspection resources,and achieve the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of inspection work.
