摘要
工业化以及城镇化进程的不断加快,给陕西省带来机遇的同时,也带来了更多的挑战,土地资源的不合理占用、矿产资源的过度开发、农用地化肥农药的大量使用等引起的土地污损问题日益突出,亟需因地制宜制定合理可行的修复治理措施。本文介绍了陕西省陕北地区、关中地区以及陕南地区的土地污损现状,分析了污损土地产生的原因,从学科建设、专业人才培养、技术研发引进、大数据平台建设以及标准制定等方面提出了思考,以期为陕西省和我国其他地区污损土地修复治理提供有益参考。
The accelerating industrialization and urbanization process have brought opportunities to Shaanxi Province and also brought more challenges.The irrational possession of land resources,the over exploitation of mineral resources,and the extensive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural land have caused increasingly prominent problems of land pollution and damage.It is imperative to formulate reasonable and feasible restoration and control measures according to local conditions.This paper compared and analyzed the current status of land pollution and damage in northern Shaanxi,guanzhong and southern Shaanxi.At the same time,analyzed the causes of the pollution and destruction land,put forward some thoughts on discipline construction,professional talent training,technology research and development introduction,big data platform construction and standard formulation,aiming to provide reference for the pollution and damaged land restoration in Shaanxi Province.
