摘要
探讨鉴定黑叶不结球白菜种质资源耐热性的方法,测定13份黑叶不结球白菜种质在37℃/27℃高温胁迫下的热害指数和12个生理生化指标,利用相关性分析、隶属函数分析、主成分分析、聚类分析及逐步回归分析等多元统计方法进行综合评价。结果表明:有11个指标在不同种质间表现差异显著,变异系数均大于10%,13份种质资源有丰富的遗传多样性;主成分分析将原有的13个指标转换为4个独立的综合指标,累计贡献率达81.54%,对13份材料进行聚类分析,可分为4类,表现强耐热的材料有3份,3份材料表现耐热,4份材料表现不耐热,3份材料表现热敏感;建立黑叶不结球白菜耐热性评价的数学模型:D=0.01976+0.62398AsA+0.15292H2O2-0.14279SOD-0.21434PPO。该耐热性评价体系可广泛用于黑叶不结球白菜种质耐热性的快速鉴定和预测。
In order to explore the methods for identifying the heat tolerance diversity of black leaf non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm resources,we determined the heat damage and 12 physiological and biochemical indexes in 13 black leaf non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasm under high temperature stress of 37℃/27℃.Multivariate statistical methods such as correlation analysis,membership function analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used for evaluating comprehensively.The results showed that 11 indicators had significant differences among different germplasms,the coefficient of variation was greater than 10%,and 13 germplasm resources were rich in genetic diversity.The original 13 indicators were converted into 4 independent comprehensive index by principal component analysis.The cumulative contribution rate reached 81.54%.13 tested materials could be divided into four categories by cluster analysis.Three materials showed strong heat tolerance,3 of them had heat tolerance,4 of them had not heat resistance,the 3 left were sensitive to heat;a mathematical model was established for evaluating the heat tolerance of black leaf non-heading Chinese cabbage:D=0.01976+0.62398 AsA+0.15292 H2O2-0.14279 SOD-0.21434 PPO.The heat resistance evaluation system could be widely used for rapid identification and prediction of heat tolerance of different black leaf non-heading Chinese cabbage germplasms.
