摘要
运用文献资料、实地考察、逻辑分析及ArcGIS地理信息绘图等方法和技术,对美国体育小镇进行了研究。美国体育小镇有大学城体育小镇、赛事体育小镇和户外体育小镇3种类型。在运行模式上,表现为联邦政府通过法律、法规和标准引导,地方政府自治为动力核心,市场运作为主要手段的特点。基于对美国体育小镇发展特征的认识,研究认为应从经济、文化、利益、人本、社会评价和可持续发展6个方面思考以推进我国体育小镇建设。
This study takes American sports small towns as the research objects by using the methods and techniques of literature data, field investigation, logic analysis and ArcGIS geographic information drawing.The results show American sports small towns have such three types as college sports town, competition sports towns and outdoor sports town.On the operating mode, it has features of the federal government guided by laws, regulations and standards, autonomy of local government as the power core, the operation of the market as the main means.Based on the understanding of American sports small towns development characteristics, this research suggests our country sports small towns should be constructed from six aspects, on which include culture, economy, interests, humanism, social evaluation and sustainable development.
