摘要
研究外源碳氮添加对旱地樱桃果园土壤激发效应的影响,为阐明落叶还田与氮肥对旱地果园土壤有机碳矿化作用机理提供理论依据.本实验以15a生旱地樱桃果园不同深度土壤为供试材料,采用室内恒温培养方法(25℃培养80 d),将落叶(C),氮营养(N)和落叶与氮素组合(C+N)加入表中深3个土层土壤,测量土壤CO_(2)释放量.结果表明,与CK处理相比,C和C+N添加显著促进了各土层土壤累积CO_(2)释放量,分别提高了2.59倍和2.37倍,产生正表观激发效应.C和C+N添加处理的深层土壤表观激发效应显著高于表层和中层土壤,PI指数分别可达2.05、1.83.N添加处理降低了各土层土壤累积CO_(2)释放量,为CK处理的83.75%.因此,在旱地樱桃果园中,落叶和氮素添加会产生激发效应,进而改变各层土壤原有机质的的矿化作用;深层土壤对落叶和氮素的添加更加敏感,能够产生更强的激发效应.
In order to provide basis for understanding mechanisms of soil organic carbon mineralization under returning leaves and nitrogen fertilizer,the priming effect of exogenous carbon and nitrogen addition on dryland cherry orchards soils were studied.Three depth soil samples from 15-year-old dryland cherry orchardand were incubated at four input methods(i.e.no-input,leaf litter,urea,leaf litter and urea combinations)under controlled laboratory conditions.The experiments results showed leaf litter addition alone and leaf litter and nitrogen addition together significantly increased soil cumulative CO_(2)emission,induced positive apparent priming effect,and soil cumulative CO_(2)emission was 2.59 times and 2.37 times compared with control treatment in each soil.In the deep soil the apparent priming effect was higher than that in the top and middle soil,respectively,and PI index of deep soil reached 2.05,1.83.Nitrogen addition alone reduced cumulative CO_(2)emission,the soil cumulative CO_(2)emissions were 83.75%of that in control soil.Priming effect induce by leaf litter and nitrogen addition affected mineralization of organic carbon in dryland cherry orchards soils.The deep soil was more sensitive to the addition of leaf litter and nitrogen,which produced stronger excitation effect.
