摘要
针对Al-9Si-3Cu铝合金压铸件的铸造缺陷,采用Al-Ti-B细化剂对铝液进行细化处理。结果发现,未使用Al-5Ti-1B细化剂生产的压铸件,会在其局部厚壁部位产生缩坑、缩裂或者内部出现缩松、缩孔等较明显的铸造缺陷,而使用了Al-5Ti-1B细化剂的铸件,无论外观缩坑、缩裂或者内部缩松、缩孔等缺陷均得到了明显改善。经力学性能测试表明,采用Al-5Ti-1B细化剂处理的铸件,其力学性能明显优于未使用Al-Ti-B细化剂处理的压铸件。
Aiming at the casting defects in the die casting aluminum alloy components, the effects of Al-5 Ti-1 B refiner on aluminum melt were analyzed. It is found that shrinkage hole, shrinkage cracks at local wall-thickness or internal casting defects such as shrinkage porosities can be observed in the aluminum alloy die castings without Al-Ti-B refiner modification treatment, while the alloy with Al-5 Ti-1 B refiner modification treatment, the defects in the alloy can be improved greatly. In addition, the mechanical properties of the alloy with Al-5 Ti-1 B refiner modification treatment are superior to those of one without Al-5 Ti-1 B modification treatment.
