摘要
人工全髋关节置换术是治疗严重髋关节疾病和损伤的常见方法,是通过手术方式用人工材料制成的假体关节来替换髋关节功能障碍患者的髋关节部位骨骼的一种治疗手段,可显著改善患者的生活质量和功能。而功能锻炼在人工全髋关节置换术后的康复过程中扮演着至关重要的角色,可以帮助患者恢复肌肉力量、关节稳定性和日常活动能力。然而,功能锻炼的依从性则是决定康复效果的重要因素之一,若患者依从性差会给此类患者术后功能康复带来了一定的挑战。5E理念康复护理模式作为一种新型系统性高效的康复护理模式,是从鼓励、教育、康复、工作和评估五个方面入手来指导患者进行有效的康复锻炼,该理念强调个性化、持续性和精准性的康复护理,为提高患者在功能锻炼中的依从性提供了新的思路和方法,受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文就国内外5E理念康复护理模式对人工全髋关节置换术后患者功能锻炼依从性进行综述,以探讨其在促进康复效果方面的作用和价值。
Artificial total hip replacement is a common method for treating severe hip joint diseases and injuries,which uses artificial materials to replace the bone in the hip joint of patients with hip joint dysfunction through surgery.It can significantly improve the quality of life and function of patients.Functional exercise plays a crucial role in the rehabilitation process after artificial total hip replacement,helping patients recover muscle strength,joint stability,and daily activity abilities.However,the compliance with functional exercise is one of the important factors determining the rehabilitation effect.If the patient's compliance is poor,it will bring certain challenges to the postoperative functional recovery of such patients.The 5E concept rehabilitation nursing model,as a new systematic and efficient rehabilitation nursing model,starts from 5 aspects:encouragement,education,rehabilitation,work,and evaluation to guide patients in effective rehabilitation exercise.This concept emphasizes personalized,continuous,and precise rehabilitation nursing,providing new ideas and methods for improving patient compliance in functional exercise,which has received widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad.This article aims to review the compliance of 5E concept rehabilitation nursing models with functional exercise in patients with artificial total hip arthroplasty at home and abroad,in order to explore their role and value in improving rehabilitation effects.
