Objective:To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment(MDT)-based collaborative exercise therapy management in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:According to the random number table method,80 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group, who received routine exercise therapy, and the observation group, who received MDT-based collaboration, with 40 cases in each group. The calcium and phosphorus levels,micro-inflammatory state and nutritional status of the two groups were observed. Results:After 2 months of intervention, the blood calcium in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the blood phosphorus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).α(TNF-α)was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PRE)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT-based collaborative exercise therapy can control the micro-inflammatory state by regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism in MHD patients, thereby increasing the body’s nutritional intake and improving nutritional status.
