摘要
目的探究互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理模式对维持性血液透析患者的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年10月在本院接受维持性血透治疗的终末期肾病患者68例。通过随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组各34例。分别予以常规管理与互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理,比较两组肾功能、生活质量、疲乏状况、自我管理水平与并发症总发生率。结果护理后,观察组血肌酐(Scr)水平、Piper疲乏调查量表(RPFS)评分均低于对照组,肾脏疾病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SFTM1.3)评分与自我管理量表(SMSH)各项评分均高于对照组;并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理,可以有效改善维持性血液透析患者的肾功能与疲乏状况,显著增强患者的自我管理能力,改善其生活质量,提升患者维持性血液透析治疗期间的安全性。
Objective:To explore the influence of Internet-based self-management oriented 5A nursing model on patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:68 patients with end-stage renal disease who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group,which were given routine management and Internet-based self-management oriented 5A nursing respectively.The renal function,quality of life,fatigue status,self-management level and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the level of serum creatinine(SCR)and the score of piper fatigue survey scale(RPFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of KDQOL-SFTM 1.3 and SMSH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;The total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet-based self-management oriented 5A nursing can effectively improve the renal function and fatigue of maintenance hemodialysis patients,significantly enhance their self-management ability,improve their quality of life,and enhance the safety of patients during maintenance hemodialysis.
