摘要
目的延续护理对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年2月-2021年2月在我院接受血液透析的80慢性肾衰竭患者,根据入院随机编号将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上行延续性护理,观察两组患者出院时、出院1个月时自我管理水平,疾病知识掌握程度,各项指标改善情况及生活质量。结果出院1月时研究组自我管理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院1月时研究组疾病知识掌握情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出院1月时研究组尿量显著高于对照组,血肌酐、尿素氮水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾衰竭性维持性血液透析患者行延续护理可显著提升患者疾病知识掌握情况,提升自我管理水平,对改善患者各项临床指标具有积极作用。
Objective:To study the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:80 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected according to the random number of admission,and were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing,and the research group performed continuous nursing on the basis of the control group.Observe the self-management level,disease knowledge mastery,improvement of various indicators and quality of life of the two groups of patients when they were discharged from the hospital and one month after discharge.Results:The self-management ability of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the first month of discharge(P<0.05);the knowledge of disease knowledge in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the first month of discharge(P<0.05);the study group had urine at the first month of discharge The amount was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the blood creatinine and urea nitrogen levels were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing for patients with chronic renal failure and maintenance hemodialysis can significantly improve the patient’s knowledge of the disease,improve the level of self-management,which have a positive effect on improving the various clinical indicators of the patients.
