左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素在透析病人的应用 被引量:1

Application of Levocarnitine Combined with Erythropoietin in Patients with Hemodialysis

摘要 目的探讨左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素对透析病人的影响。方法对2018年3月-2019年9月在我院接受透析治疗的80例患者回顾性分析,将采用促红细胞生成素治疗的41例患者归为对照组,将采用左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗的39例患者归为观察组,均连续治疗12周。比较两组治疗前、治疗12周时临床指标[红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)]及C反应蛋白(CRP)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平。结果治疗12周后,两组HCT、HGB、ALB水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组上述指标水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗12周后,两组血清CRP、β2-MG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组上述指标水平低于对照组,两者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗透析患者疗效较好,可有效改善患者临床指标,减轻机体炎症反应,保护肾功能。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the application effect of levocarnitine combined with erythropoietin in patients with hemodialysis.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients who received dialysis treatment in our hospital from March2018 to September 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,41 patients treated with erythropoietin were divided into a control group,39 patients treated with levocarnitine combined with erythropoietin were divided into an observation group,all patients were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical indexes[hematocrit(HCT),hemoglobin(HGB),serum ferritin(SF),(ALB)]and inflammatory levels[tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of HCT,HGB,SF and ALB in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum TNF-α,CRP andβ2-MG in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine combined with erythropoietin has better application effect in patients with hemodialysis,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients and reduce the body inflammatory reaction.
