摘要
目的分析补中益气汤加减治疗急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭的效果。方法研究时间段在2019年1月—2021年12月,所有研究对象为上述时间段内收治的90例急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者,并均以随机数字法分为常规组和观察组(每组各45例),常规组患者给予基础对症治疗,观察组则在基础对症治疗上联合补中益气汤加减治疗,统计对比两组患者各项临床指标(呼吸机使用时长、呼吸困难改善时间、纳呆乏力改善时间、住院时长)及治疗前后的血气指标(动脉血氧饱和浓度:SaO_(2)、动脉血氧分压:PaO_(2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压:PaCO_(2))。结果观察组患者呼吸机使用时长、呼吸困难改善时间、纳呆乏力改善时间、住院时长等各项临床指标均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),且虽两组患者治疗前的血气指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后的观察组患者PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)等血气指标显著高于常规组(P<0.05),而血气指标PaCO_(2)显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论以补中益气汤加减治疗急诊重症合并Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭患者,可快速缓解患者的临床症状,促使患者血气指标恢复正常,改善患者预后,并以此取得理想治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of severe emergency combined with typeⅠrespiratory failure.Methods The research period was from January 2019 to December 2021.All the subjects were 90 emergency patients with severe type 1 respiratory failure who were admitted to the above-mentioned period.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the In the observation group(45 cases in each group),the patients in the routine group were given basic symptomatic treatment,while the observation group was given the basic symptomatic treatment combined with the modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.The treatment efficiency and various clinical indicators(The duration of ventilator use,the improvement of dyspnea,the improvement of anorexia and fatigue,and the length of hospitalization)and blood gas indicators before and after treatment(arterial blood oxygen saturation concentration:SaO_(2),arterial blood oxygen partial pressure:PaO_(2),arterial blood carbon dioxide partial pressure:PaCO_(2)).Results The clinical indicators such as ventilator use time,dyspnea improvement time,anorexia improvement time,hospitalization time and other clinical indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indexes such as PaO_(2)and SaO_(2)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05),while the blood gas index PaCO_(2)was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of severe emergency patients with type I respiratory failure can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,promote the normalization of the blood gas indexes of the patients,and improve the prognosis of the patients,so as to achieve an ideal therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
