摘要
目的分析胃癌患者术后护理中行中医特色护理对其胃肠功能的影响。方法选入研究的对象为医院2020年6月—2022年7月收治的102例胃癌患者,均采取手术治疗。按照随机数字表法进行分为两组,对照组51例采取常规护理干预,试验组51例在常规护理基础上施行中医特色护理。以胃肠功能恢复时间、肠鸣音次数、腹胀评分、肠胃功能障碍评分、生活质量以及护理满意度进行评价。结果试验组胃肠功能恢复时间(肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间)显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组及对照组肠鸣音次数、腹胀评分、肠胃功能障碍评分护理前比较差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经护理后,试验组肠鸣音次数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),腹胀评分、肠胃功能障碍评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组及对照组护理前生活质量比较差异较小,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后,试验组生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将中医特色护理应用在胃癌术后患者护理中,能够有效改善其胃肠功能,同时能够提升其生活质量,以及提高其护理满意度。此种方法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on gastrointestinal function in postoperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods The subjects selected for this study were 102 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to July 2022,all of whom were treated surgically.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into two groups.The control group(51 cases)received routine nursing intervention,and the test group(51 cases)received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the number of bowel sounds,abdominal distension score,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were evaluated.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function(bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time)in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of bowel sounds,abdominal distension score,and gastrointestinal dysfunction score between the experimental group and the control group before nursing had little difference,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the number of bowel sounds in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of abdominal distension and gastrointestinal dysfunction were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,the difference in quality of life between the experimental group and the control group was small,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care in patients with gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve their gastrointestinal function,improve their quality of life,and improve their nursing satisfaction.This method is worthy of clinical application.
