摘要
目的研究探讨全程护理康复联合针灸对脑梗死患者卧床期间神经功能、并发症发生率及生活质量、满意度的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月郑州市第一人民医院神经内科收治脑梗死患者98例进行治疗干预,分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组患者采用针灸治疗,治疗期间进行脑梗死的常规护理干预,观察组在采用针灸治疗及常规护理干预的同时行全程护理康复干预。在治疗干预结束后评估对比观察组、对照组的神经功能、并发症发生率、生活质量改善及护理满意度。结果观察组患者NIHSS、CSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.17%(4/49),低于对照组患者为24.49%(12/49)(P<0.05)。观察组GQOLI生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对医护的护理满意度包括基础护理、健康宣教、危重护理、康复指导等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理康复联合针灸治疗脑梗死患者康复治疗期间的干预效果良好,患者的神经功能缺损显著减轻,认知功能改善,住院期间的相关并发症显著降低,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的护理满意度。
Objective To study the effect of whole course nursing rehabilitation combined with acupuncture on neurological function,complication rate,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with cerebral infarction during bed rest.Methods A total of 98 patients were randomly with cerebral infarction treated in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and those in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion and routine nursing intervention at the same time.After the treatment intervention,the neurological function,complication rate,quality of life improvement and nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were evaluated and compared.Results After treatment intervention,the scores of National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.17%(4/49),lower than that othefcontrol group[24.49%(12/49)](P<0.05).After treatment intervention,the scores of comprehensive assessment scale of quality of life(GQOLI)including physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group,including basic nursing,health education,critical nursing and rehabilitation guidance were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of whole course nursing rehabilitation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction during bed rest is significant.It can reduce the incidence of complications during bed rest,and improve the nursing satisfaction and the nursing satisfaction of patients.
