摘要
目的分析中医康复护理的干预胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年6月—2022年5月收治的80例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,回顾临床资料。将实施中医康复护理的43例患者作为观察组,将实施常规护理的37例患者作为对照组。观察两组护理效果(包括护理后临床依从率、临床护理总有效率、并发症率、满意度的情况)。结果干预后,观察组临床依从率93.02%高于对照组的83.78%(P<0.05);观察组临床护理总有效率90.70%好于对照组的81.08%(P<0.05);观察组并发症率18.60%低于对照组的62.16%(P<0.05);对照组满意度97.67%高于对照组的83.78%(P<0.05)。结论在胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者护理中实施中医康复护理,增强了患者康复依从性,明显提高了临床护理疗效,同时降低了并发症的发生风险,使得患者满意度显著提高,促进其康复进程,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods 80 patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures treated in our hospital in recent one year(June 2021 may 2022),45 females and 35 males,aged from 35 to 72 years,were selected.The clinical data were reviewed.43 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing were taken as the observation group and 37patients who received routine nursing were taken as the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed(including clinical compliance rate,total effective rate of clinical nursing,complication rate and satisfaction after nursing).Results After the intervention,the clinical compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 93.02%,and that of patients in the control group was 83.78%.It can be seen that the compliance rate of the observation group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was 90.70%,and the total effective rate of clinical nursing in the control group was 81.08%(P<0.05),the complication rate was 18.60%in the observation group and 62.16%in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of patients in the control group was97.67%,and the satisfaction of patients in the control group was 83.78%(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture enhances the rehabilitation compliance of patients,significantly improves the clinical nursing effect,reduces the risk of complications,significantly improves the satisfaction of patients,promotes the rehabilitation process,and has high clinical application value.
