摘要
目的探究半夏泻心汤加减治疗痞满(脾胃湿热)的疗效。方法随机选择痞满病脾胃湿热证患者90例,按随机方式分组,对照组采取西医治疗,观察组使用半夏泻心汤治疗。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减治疗痞满(脾胃湿热)临床疗效更高,不良反应发生率低,值得推广。
Objectire To explore the therapeutie ffct of modified Banxia Xiexin Deoction(半夏泻心汤)on fllness(damp heat of spleen and stomach).Methods 90 patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome were randomly selected and random-ly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with westerm medicine,and the observation group was treated with Banx-ia Xiexin Deoction.Results The total efctive rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the symptom score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse re actions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efect of the modi-fied Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of fullness(damp heat of spleen and stomach)is higher,and the incidence of ad-verse reactions is low,which is worth promoting.
