离子色谱技术在冀中潜山油水界面判识中的探索与应用 被引量:1

摘要 离子色谱分析与传统的滴定法相比具有速度快、精度高的特点。随着钻井技术的不断发展,离子色谱技术将成为欠平衡钻井、大位移钻井中不可或缺的一项录井配套技术,在反映各种可溶性矿物性质、确定油气水界面位置、发现水侵并判断地层水类型、指导钻井液合理调配及确保钻井施工符合HSE要求等方面具有十分广阔的发展空间和应用前景。通过大量实验及现场验证,应用离子色谱检测技术能够反映出钻井液中离子含量的变化规律,可以对潜山井地层含水性进行定性判识,半定量评价。在应用各种离子含量变化直接进行评价的基础上,创新建立了主导离子含量判别法、钠氯指数脱硫系数判识法、TDS-Cl-参数交汇图判识法,对储层含水性进行综合评价。现场应用表明,离子色谱录井技术在识别冀中潜山地层含水性方面效果显著,是一种新的油水界面判识法。 Ion chromatography has the characteristics of high speed and high precision,compared with traditional titration.With the development of drilling technology,ion chromatography technology will become an indispensable logging technology in unbalanced drilling and highly-displacement drilling.It has very broad development space and application prospect in reflecting the properties of various soluble minerals,determining the location of oil-gas-water interface,detect water invasion and distinguish formation water types,direct the deployment of drilling fluid and ensuring the drilling operations meet the requirements of HSE.Through a number of experiments and field verification,the ion chromatography can reflect the change of ion content in drilling fluid,and can be used for qualitative identification and semi-quantitative evaluation of water properties.Based on the direct evaluation of various ion content changes,We established many new methods to comprehensively evaluate formation water property,such as the dominant ion content discriminance,sodium-chloride index and desulfurization coefficient identification,and TDS-Cl-parameter intersection graph identification.Field application shows that ion chromatography is effective for identifying water content in jizhong buried hill formation,and it is a new method of oil-water interface identification.
