摘要
2017年初南疆油区新开井已开始全面配套泥浆不落地系统,初期采用的是以自然沉降工艺和离心分离工艺为主流的两种泥浆不落地工艺。针对南疆油区钻井工艺过程及磺化泥浆的特点,进入2019年后逐步确立了以压滤分离技术为主、离心分离技术为辅的分段处理工艺,并以此作为泥浆不落地系统的处理工艺。压滤机在废弃物固液分离效果及分离效率上具有优势,分离出的泥饼含水率小于40%,适合现场堆存与运输,并满足后期无害化治理要求。而使用离心分离不但能有效将固体废弃物分离,还能将残留的液相回收利用于配制胶液,大大节省了泥浆材料用量及用水量,实现减量化生产。两种处理技术相互配合,构成了现阶段南疆油区的主流泥浆不落地工艺。
At the beginning of 2017,mud non-landing system has applied to the new wells in southern Xinjiang.In the early stage,two main mud non-landing processes included natural settlement and centrifugal separation.In view of the drilling process and the characteristics of the sulfonated mud in the southern Xinjiang,a staged processing that filter press separation technology is dominant and centrifugal separation technology is supplemented has been made after 2019,and this is used as the processing of mud non-landing system.The filter press has advantages on solid-liquid separation result and separation efficiency of the waste.The water content of separated mud cake is less than 40%,which is suitable for on-site storage and transportation,and meets the requirements of later harmless treatment.The centrifugal separation can not only effectively separate the solid waste,but also recycle the remaining liquid phase for the preparation of glue,which greatly saves the quantity of mud material and water consumption and realizes production reducing.The two treatment tech-nologies cooperate with each other to form the major mud non-landing process in the southern Xinjiang at this stage.
