摘要
针对现有半潜式平台存在的不足,开发了具有自主知识产权的自升式半潜多功能深海浮式平台概念(JCSM)。新型平台充分利用自升式桩腿的长度调节功能和由外斜立柱与环形浮箱共同组成的浮体的压载功能,可根据工况和海洋环境条件的不同灵活调节平台重心。JCSM结合自升式平台与半潜式平台的优势,并以平台综合性能的提升为目标进行了细节上的优化,稳性裕度大且运动性能优良,可适应干式采油、湿式采油和干湿组合式采油等不同采油模式,并同时具有钻井、早期生产、修井、油气处理与油气储运等多种功能。对JCSM进行稳性与运动性能数值分析,并与传统半潜式平台模型进行比较。大倾角稳性的各项指标表明,JCSM平台具有充裕的稳性;垂荡运动和横摇运动RAO曲线的对比分析表明,JCSM能显著改善平台波频范围内的垂荡运动性能,并具有优越的横摇运动性能。
To overcome shortcomings of the existing semi-submersible platforms,a new deepsea floating platform concept named jackup combined semi-submersible multi-function platform(JCSM)is developed,which has obtained independent intellectual property rights.The new-type platform has the functions of jackup leg length control and ballast of floating body made up of outward-tiltingcolumn and annular pontoon.Center of gravity of the new platform may be adjusted flexibly according to the operating conditions and marine environment.Through combining the advantages of the jackup with the semi-submersible platform,and optimizing the details for enhancing comprehensive performance,the JCSM obtains large stability margin and excellent motion performance.Therefore,it is well suitable for wet tree,dry tree production or the combination of the both.Meanwhile,it possesses a variety of attractive functions such as drilling,early production,workover,oil and gas processing,oil-gas storage and transportation,and etc.Numerical analysis of the stability and motion of JCSM is carried out compared to that of traditional semi-submersible platform model.Each indicators of stability at large angles of inclination show that JCSM has full stability.The comparison of RAO curves of coupled heave and sway motion presents that JCSM can improve the coupled heave performance at the range of wave frequency of the platform and has good sway motion performance.
