摘要
目的研究对妇科肿瘤疾病患者实施健康教育和心理护理的临床效果。方法为提升妇科肿瘤患者护理质量,于我院妇科中选取60例被确诊为肿瘤疾病的患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字法将其分成两组:使用常规护理的对照组和使用健康教育和心理护理的观察组,分析对比其护理效果。结果在护理后,观察组患者的肿瘤知识掌握评分(89.52±2.26)分,较之对照组(72.11±1.21)分显著升高(P<0.05);在护理前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后两项评分均有改善,其中观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁缓解情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。通过对两组患者的满意度调查分析来看,观察组满意度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论将健康教育、心理护理应用于妇科肿瘤患者的护理工作中有极高临床价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of health education and psychological nursing for patients with gynecological tumor.Methods In order to improve the quality of nursing care for patients with gynecological tumor,60 patients with gynecological diseases were selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups by random number method:Control Group using routine nursing and observation group using health education and psychological nursing.Results After nursing,the score of mastery of Tumor Knowledge in the Observation Group was(89.52±2.26)significantly higher than that in the Control Group(72.11±1.21)(P<0.05),after the nursing,the anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing with control group,the observation group satisfaction is higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and psychological nursing in the nursing of gynecological tumor patients has high clinical value.
