摘要
目的探讨应用脊柱微创手术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效与安全性。方法随机数字表法将83例OVCF患者分成观察组42例与对照组41例,对照组使用保守治疗方法,观察组则使用脊柱微创手术治疗方法,比较两组患者治疗效果、功能恢复情况以及相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组95.24%的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组的治疗总有效率75.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同治疗前比较,治疗后两组骨块侵占椎管比例、椎体后凸Cobb角均降低,压缩椎体高度占椎体高度1/2均提高,观察组指标变化幅度较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于OVCF临床中应用脊柱微创手术治疗可取得良好治疗效果,并发症发生率低,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of minimally invasive spinal surgery for osteoporotic vertebral fractures(OVCF).Methods The random number table METhod divided 83 OVCF patients into 42 in the observation group and 41 in the control group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive spinal surgery.The treatment effects and functional recovery of the two groups were compared.And the occurrence of related complications.Results The total effective rate of 95.24%of the observation group was significantly higher than the 75.61%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,the ratio of bone mass invading the spinal canal in the two groups after treatment.The Cobb angle of kyphosis was reduced,and the height of the compressed vertebral body accounted for 1/2 of the height of the vertebral body.The index changes in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of minimally invasive spinal surgery for OVCF can achieve good therapeutic effects,with a low complication rate,and is safe and reliable.
