摘要
目的探讨教学网站结合智能评分系统对手术护理实习护生实际操作教学效果。方法将2019年1—12月本院手术室实习的30例护士作为对照组,该组护生实习期间行常规教学管理模式,2020年1—12月本院手术室实习的30例护生作为研究组,该组护生实习期间行教学网站结合智能评分系统的教学管理模式。比较手术室实习护生综合护理能力评分、评判性思维评分、各项护理技能因子评分。结果研究组实习护生综合护理成绩(88.20±10.24)分,对照组(58.53±9.54)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组思维能力总评分(365.35±18.83)分,对照组(266.33±34.83)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组各项护理技能因子评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术护理实习护生实际操作教学过程中行教学网站结合智能评分系统可有效提升护生综合护理水平,改善判断性思维以及各项护理技能水平,具有积极的推广价值。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of the teaching website combined with the intelligent scoring system on the practical operation of surgical nursing trainees.Methods Thirty nurses who practiced in the operating room of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were used as a control group.This group of nurses underwent a routine teaching management model during the internship period.From January 2020 to December 2020,the 30 nursing students in the operating room of the hospital in the internship served as a research group.During the internship,the group of nursing students used the teaching management mode of the teaching website combined with the intelligent scoring system.The comprehensive nursing ability score,critical thinking score,and various nursing skill factor scores of nursing students in operating room were compared.Results The comprehensive nursing scores of the intern nurses in the study group were(88.20±10.24)points,and the control group(58.53±9.54)points.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the total thinking ability score of the study group was(365.35±18.83)points.The scores of the control group(266.33±34.83)were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05);the scores of various nursing skill factors in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of teaching website and intelligent scoring system can effectively improve the comprehensive nursing level of nursing students,improve their judgment thinking and the level of various nursing skills,which has positive promotion value.
