摘要
目的对循证护理应用在肺癌患者疼痛管理中的效果进行探讨。方法选择280例肺癌患者,将其随机分对照组和研究组,每组140例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予循证护理,比较两组疼痛管理效果及护理满意度。结果护理后,SAS、SDS评分两组均比护理前有一定程度降低,而研究组降低效果更为明显(P<0.05);对照组中度、重度疼痛例数明显比研究组多(P<0.05);对照组并发症的总发生率高于研究组(P<0.05);研究组生存质量评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌患者采取循证护理,对缓解其疼痛症状、改善生活质量及提高满意度等均有显著效果。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the pain management of lung cancer patients.Methods 280 patients with lung cancer were selected as examples,and were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 140 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given evidence-based nursing,and the effect of pain management and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing to a certain extent,and the reduction effect of the study group was more obvious(P<0.05);The number of moderate and severe pain cases in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the control group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for lung cancer patients has significant effects on alleviating their pain symptoms,improving their quality of life and improving their satisfaction.
