摘要
目的分析研究康复指导对老年脑出血患者肢体运动功能的改善效果。方法选取82例在上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院接受治疗的老年脑出血患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给予康复指导,比较两组肢体运动功能的改善效果和满意度。结果两组护理后的肢体运动功能和生活自理能力评分较护理前均有不同程度提高,且护理后研究组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为92.68%,对照组为70.73%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复指导对老年脑出血患者肢体运动功能的改善效果显著,可以有效改善老年脑出血患者的肢体运动功能和生活自理能力,且满意度较高。
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation guidance on the improvement of limb motor function in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received treatment in Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in both groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given rehabilitation guidance on the basis of routine nursing.Results The scores of body movement function and self-care ability of the two groups after nursing were improved to different degrees compared with those before nursing,and the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 92.68%in the study group and 70.73%in the control group,which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance has a significant effect on the improvement of limb motor function in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and can effectively improve the limb motor function and self-care ability of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,with a high degree of satisfaction.
