摘要
目的探讨系统性硬化症伴重症雷诺现象致肢体缺血坏死患者的护理干预效果观察。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月系统性硬化症伴重症雷诺现象致肢体缺血坏死患者62例,按护理方法不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予全面护理。比较两组护理的满意程度、心理健康状况、生活质量变化情况。结果护理后,研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后疼痛程度、心理健康状况均有所改善,研究组护理后VAS、SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);虽然两组健康变化评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组在精神健康、情感职能、精力、一般情况、社会功能、躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理机能等评分上均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗基础上将有效的护理干预措施应用在系统性硬化症伴重症雷诺现象致肢体缺血坏死患者的护理中,可提高患者对护理的满意度,缓解患者的疼痛感及负面情绪,改善患者生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with systemic sclerosis accompanied by severe Raynaud's phenomenon.Methods Sixty-two patients with systemic sclerosis and severe Raynaud's limb ischemic necrosis from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was given conventional care and the research group was given comprehensive care.Nursing satisfaction,mental health status,and quality of life changes between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the satisfaction degree of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain and mental health of the two groups were improved after the nursing(P<0.05);although there was no significant difference in the scores of the health changes between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of mental health,emotional function,energy,general situation,social function,physical pain,physiological function,physiological function in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying effective nursing interventions to the care of patients with systemic sclerosis and severe Raynaud's limb ischemic necrosis based on clinical treatment can improve patients'satisfaction with care and relieve patients'pain and negative emotions.Improving the quality of life of patients is worthy of clinical application.
