摘要
目的探析老年冠心病室性心律失常采用中药炙甘草汤加味治疗的临床效果。方法通过双盲法分组标准将陇西县中医医院2017年4月—2019年1月收治的74例老年冠心病室性心律失常患者分为参照组和研究组,参照组(n=37)采用稳心颗粒治疗,研究组(n=37)采用中药炙甘草汤加味治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医症状积分和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,研究组总疗效较参照组高,中医症状积分小于参照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年冠心病室性心律失常患者临床治疗中采用中药炙甘草汤加味治疗效果确切,安全性高,能改善症状,促进康复,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Zhigancao Decoction on ventricular arrhythmiawith coronary heart diseasein elderly patients.Methods 74 elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease treated in the hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were divided into reference group and research group by double blind method.The reference group(n=37)was treated with Wenxin Granule and the research group(n=37)was treated with Zhigancao Decoction.The therapeutic effect,TCM symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the score of TCM symptoms was lower than that of the reference group,and the data between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was close(P>0.05),with no statistical significance.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of senile patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,the traditional Chinese medicine Zhigancao decoction is effective,safe,can improve symptoms,promote rehabilitation,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
