摘要
目的探究在产科护理中应用心理护理方案对产妇妊娠结局与产后抑郁情况的影响。方法本研究从青海省人民医院妇产科产妇中选取样本,总例数为100例,研究时间始于2018年5月—2019年5月,依据护理方案的异同进行分组,实验组患者予以心理护理方案,对照组患者予以常规护理方案,对比两组患者护理结果。结果研究可知,实验组产妇剖宫产发生率、自然分娩率、产后出血率等指标较为优异,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究可知,实验组产妇焦虑评分、抑郁评分较为优异,且优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究可知,实验组产妇预后生活质量较高,且高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究可得,在产科护理中应用心理护理方案,能保障患者良好的妊娠结局,并对产妇产后抑郁情况进行改善,进一步提高产妇生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing program on pregnancy outcome and postpartum depression in obstetrical nursing.Methods A total of 100 cases were selected from obstetrics and gynaecology parturients in the hospital.The study time began in May 2018 and ended in May 2019.The patients in the experimental group were divided into two groups according to the similarities and differences of nursing schemes.The patients in the experimental group were given psychological nursing programs,and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing programs to compare the nursing results of the two groups.Results The incidence of cesarean section,the rate of natural delivery and the rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group were better than those in the experimental group,with statisticallysignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,with statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05).The results showed that the quality of life of parturients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statisticallysignificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing scheme in obstetrical nursing can ensure the good pregnancy outcome of the patients,improve the postpartum depression and further improve the quality of life of the parturients.
