摘要
各国药品监管机构对药品的生产和质量控制都有明确的规定和要求。高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)作为药物质量控制的重要手段之一,被广泛应用于药品的研发、生产和流通等各个环节,以确保药品的质量符合相关法规和生产规范。本研究通过分析高效液相色谱法技术原理及特征,总结梳理其在药品质量分析中的应用,进一步明确高效液相色谱法在药品质量分析中的应用效果与价值,为药品质量及安全管理提供助力。
Drug regulatory authorities in all countries have clear regulations and requirements on the production and quality control of drugs.High performance liquid chromatography(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC),as one of the important means of drug quality control,is widely used in the development,production and circulation of drugs,to ensure that the quality of drugs complies with the relevant regulations and production specifications.This study analyzed the technical principle and characteristics of HPLC technology,summarized and summarized its application in drug quality analysis,further clarified the application effect and value of HPLC in drug quality analysis,and provided power for drug quality and safety management.
