摘要
银屑病与特应性皮炎均是遗传与环境因素共同作用的免疫介导的慢性、复发性、炎症性、系统性疾病,两者属于不同的疾病,但近期越来越多的研究证实两者存在重叠的疾病特征,并且使用生物制剂出现两种疾病转换的情况时有发生。该文从发病机制、流行病学、疾病负担、组织病理特征、临床表现、治疗方法等方面阐述银屑病与特应性皮炎的同与不同,探讨使用生物制剂引发疾病转换的可能机制及处理措施,以期提高临床医生对两种疾病的更深层次认识和诊疗水平。
Psoriasis and atopic dermatitis are immune-mediated chronic,recurrent,inflammatory,systemic diseases caused by the interaction between genetic and environmental factors.Although they belong to different diseases,recently more and more research confirmed the existence of overlap between the two diseases.Reversals of both diseases frequently occur following the use of biological agents.This paper discussed the similarities and differences in terms of pathogenesis,epidemiology,disease burden,pathological features,clinical manifestation and treatment between psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.Additionally,the possible mechanisms and treatment measures for disease reversal caused by the use of biological agents are reviewed to enhance the understanding,diagnosis,and treatment of these two conditions.
