摘要
虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)和增强现实技术(augmented reality,AR)具有沉浸感、多感知性、交互性等特点,已初步应用于医学教育。传统的皮肤病教学主要采用2D媒体技术,但其实际应用仍有一定局限性。在新冠疫情的大背景下,将VR/AR技术应用于皮肤病学领域可能成为新趋势。该文结合皮肤科教学及VR/AR技术的特点,借鉴国内其他领域VR/AR应用的实践经验,总结了国外目前的技术系统应用现状,提出在皮肤科教学中建立VR/AR系统形成虚拟模型的新构想,并阐述了其应用优势,旨在通过创新教学资源及方法来提高教学水平,进一步培养学生的认知及实践能力。
Virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)technology have the characteristics of immersion,multi-sensitivity,interactivity,etc.,and has been initially applied in medical education.2D media technology is mainly used in traditional dermatological teaching,but its practical application still has some limitations.Additionally,due to the encouragement of current policies and the influence of COVID-19,the application of VR/AR technology in dermatology could be a new trend for teaching.Combining the characteristics of dermatology teaching and VR/AR technology,this paper draws on the practical experience of VR/AR application in other fields in China,summarizes the current application status of foreign technology systems,and proposes the establishment of VR/AR systems in dermatology teaching to form virtual models.It aims to improve the teaching level by innovating teaching resources and methods,and further cultivate students'cognitive and practical abilities.
