摘要
伴随农村电商产业的快速发展,越来越多的女性参与到电商经济的运营管理中。以W县Y产业园为例,在梳理该产业园电商经济发展概况及农村青年女性助力情况的基础上发现,该县农村青年女性参与电商经济面临经济地位边缘化、支持体系缺位、参与管理渠道匮乏和滞后性别文化掣肘等困境。提出,构建完善保障机制、织密社会支持网络、拓展参与管理渠道、营造良好文化氛围、发展职业教育与数字教育等农村青年女性电商经济参与路径优化策略,以期为有力促进农村青年女性参与电商发展,进而有效推进乡村振兴战略实施提供参考。
With the rapid development of rural e-commerce industry,more and more women participate in the operation and management of e-commerce industry.Take Y Industrial Park in W county as an example,on the basis of combing the economic development of e-commerce in the industrial park and the assistance of rural young women,this paper presents the plight faced by young rural women in the county,such as marginalized economic status,lack of support system,lack of participation management channels and lagging gender culture constraints.In this regard,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies for rural young women's participating in e-commerce,such as building and improving the guarantee mechanism,building a dense social support network,expanding participation management channels,creating a good cultural atmosphere,and developing vocational and digital education,in order to provide a reference to effectively promoting the participation of rural young women in the development of e-commerce,and then effectively promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
