摘要
基于已完成的自组荧光显微镜实验教学装置,研制了一套通过有序控制光谱仪和振镜实现显微光谱成像的装置,并开发了配套的光谱图像采集分析软件。利用该装置完成了量子点荧光样品的荧光光谱测量、白光照明成像和显微光谱成像等实验内容。该光谱成像装置的研制和实验设计能帮助学生掌握光谱成像的原理、实验操作方法和成像数据处理方法,拓展学生的研究内容和视野,提高学生的创新能力。
Based on the completed experimental teaching device of self-organizing fluorescence microscope,a set of the microscopic spectral imaging device by orderly controlling spectrometer and galvanometer is developed,and the corresponding software for spectral image acquisition and analysis is worked out.With this device,the fluorescence spectrum measurement,white light illumination imaging and microscopic spectral imaging of quantum dot fluorescence samples are completed.The development and experimental design of the spectral imaging device can help students master the principle of the spectral imaging,experimental operation method and imaging data processing method,expand the research content and vision of students and improve their innovation ability.
