摘要
重庆大学电子显微镜中心的蔡司Libra200透射电子显微镜近10年来运行机时达到6496 h,是学校整体效益最好的大型仪器设备之一。该文对该设备近10年的运行情况进行分析,评价其运行的整体效益,并根据设备运行过程中存在的问题,并对设备未来的运行管理制度进行了探讨。
In recent 10 years,the Zeiss Libra 200 transmission electron microscope in the Electron Microscope Center of Chongqing University has been running for 6496 hours,which is one of the most efficient large-scale instruments in the university.This paper analyzes the operation of the equipment in recent ten years,evaluates the overall benefit of its operation.To solve the problems existing in its operation process,the future operation management system for this equipment is discussed.
