摘要
分析了科研档案管理中信息粘滞的成因,主要是信息源对信息表达不清晰、信息的传播途径不畅通以及信息接受者的接受能力不强。提出在科研档案管理中的应对策略和解决途径,以提高科研档案管理工作的质量。
This paper analyzes the causes of information stickiness in the management of scientific research archives mainly including the unclear expression of information by information sources,unimpeded communication channels of information and weak acceptance ability of information receivers.In order to improve the management quality of scientific research archives,the countermeasures and solutions are put forward.
