摘要
中国石化塔河炼化有限责任公司0.52 Mt·a-1二甲苯分离装置脱烯烃部分应用FHDO技术开车一次成功。该技术对重整生成油进行液相加氢,选择性脱除进料中的烯烃,重整生成油芳烃损失较小,产品溴指数显著降低,能够很好满足混合二甲苯质量要求。本文结合脱烯烃反应器开工操作调整,对开工过程中的遇到的问题进行分析,并提出解决措施。
The olefin removal part of 0.52 Mt·a-1 xylene separation unit adopting FHDO technology in Sinopec Tahe petrochemical Co.,Ltd.was successfully started up in one time.The FHDO technology can selectively remove olefins from feedstock by liquid phase hydrogenation of reformate,the aromatics loss of reformate is less,and the bromine index of product is significantly reduced,which can well meet the quality requirements of mixed xylene.In this article,the problems encountered in the process of start-up were analyzed,and the solutions were put forward.
