暂堵压裂工艺适用性分析及效果评价 被引量:7

摘要 目前页岩气开采规模日渐扩大,由于页岩储层岩性致密、非均质性强、缝网系统复杂、断层遮挡众多,压裂施工中套变等井下事故频发,常规压裂工艺面临重大挑战。在井筒变形、工具入井困难的情况下,常规的分段压裂改造技术无法实施,应用暂堵分段和暂堵转向压裂技术,通过不同粒径暂堵剂的组合使用,实现堵塞井筒炮眼,在近井缝口或远场缝端产生致密的暂堵剂封堵带,迫使流体转向,产生新裂缝或分支缝,同时增加裂缝复杂程度,提高储层动用程度。 At present,the scale of shale gas recovery is expanding day by day.Due to tight lithology,strong heterogeneity,complex fracture network system,and many faults in shale reservoirs,downhole accidents frequently happen,such as casing changes during fracturing construction and so on,the conventional fracturing process faces major challenges.When the wellbore is deformed and the tool is difficult to enter the well,the conventional staged fracturing technology cannot be implemented.The application of temporary block segmentation and temporary blockage steering fracturing technology can block the wellbore blasthole,and produce a dense temporary plugging agent sealing band at the near well or the far field seam end,forcing the fluid to turn,creating new cracks or branch joints to simultaneously increase the complexity of cracks and increase the degree of reservoir utilization through the combination of different particle size temporary blocking agents.
