本安型立式储罐底板声发射检测系统设计

摘要 在简要分析储罐底板声发射检测技术应用优势和存在问题基础上,针对储油洞库、覆土油罐等爆炸危险环境下的油罐底板缺陷检测需求,提出了一种本安型声发射检测系统设计方案,以分布式独立通道检测模块同步采样方案和检测仪防爆设计为重点,阐述了声发射检测单元、数据分析单元等主要组成部分的功能和结构。 The application advantages and deficiencies of acoustic emission testing technology in storage tank floor detection were briefly analyzed.To meet the requirements of oil tank floor defect detection under explosion hazard circumstances such as underground oil storage caverns and buried oil tanks,a design scheme of intrinsically safe acoustic emission detection system for oil tank floor was put forward.Focusing on the synchronous sampling scheme of distributed independent channel detection module and explosion-proof design of detector,the structure and function of main components of the detection system were expounded,including acoustic emission testing unit and data analysis unit.
